Status bars not accurate. #54

Due to algorithm changes the status bars are all over the place. See also #47. Sometimes, this occurs because GDAL takes some time to commit changes to database files on dataset closure. Other times, the counters are just out of whack.

This problem is not mostly visible at the initiation phase of crowns.

Not relevant as the operation of status bar is changed to operate per-step, rather than overall. May need revisiting.
