treetops: smoothed maxima don't coincide with original maxima. #6

Treetop locations coincide with the peaks in the smoothed raster, not the original one. Don't know yet if this is a problem.

The crowns procedure now locates the maximum height within a crown and stores the coordinate in the treetops DB.
