7 years ago Documentation edited (tops and crowns sections) with description of original height columns in treetops database, and how they're populated. If I implement context-sensitive help, I'll reorganize it a little.
When selecting the name and location of an output file, in any section, you need to type the extension in the file name directly. Simply naming the file and selecting an extension for the drop down options wont append the name with the required corresponding extension. This should likely be explicitly stated in the wiki documentation.
Additional comment on documentation: It should also be updated to note that the most accurate treetop data will come from the crowns because it updates the heights with the most accurate values. Therefore if you are interested in tops, its in your best interest to run crowns and use the updated tops that are produced from that process.
It may also be useful to have the help links embedded in the UI or have the ability to select a specific field and then select help and be guided to the specific section of the wiki page describing the selected section.
