BAMS-to-NeuroLex

Some scripts to adapt the content from brain architecture management system (BAMS) into a form that can be shared on NeuroLex.org

• Data/ - contains RDF content containing BAMS data
• src/ - python scripts that have examples of working with the BAMS data
• util/ - python scripts to set up 'pip' on your local machine if you don't already have it
