hand表記をgripperへ変更 #143

What does this implement/fix?

CRANE-X7と統一するためエンドエフェクタのhand表記をgripperへ変更します。
こちらのPRに依存しているので動作確認する際は依存先をpullしてください

Does this close any currently open issues?

しません

How has this been tested?

下記コマンドでモデルが正常に表示され、RVizからMoveItを操作してアーム、グリッパが動くことを確認しました。

ros2 launch sciurus17_gazebo sciurus17_with_table.launch.py
