Quick diff to html

Other tools seem to crash on huge files. This should work.

example:

d2h -f ~/Desktop/diff-develop-1.5.0-merge.diff
Writing html to /Users/rtorruellas/Desktop/diff-develop-1.5.0-merge.diff.html
