Each demo gets it's own list of applique #12

Each demo should get it's own list of applique, starting with a private applique and working up the directory tree to the outer more test directory applique.

This is support as of v2.5.0. Only issue left is how to handle Before/After advice in multiple levels of applique. Do we run each? Or just the most local?
