Remootio 3 devices is not discoverable on add #35

Remootio 3 devices, with firmware >= 2.40, is not discoverable on add!

This is due to a full rewrite of the WiFi management part of the Remootio device to support HomeKit! As a result, the Remootio device is no longer broadcasting itself through mDNS and therefore not possible to add to Homey at this moment!

This is NOT an issue with this app!

I've added possibility to add device manually to support Software >= 2.40.

Remootio has not fixed the mDNS problem, but the possibility to add device manually will give the option to use Remootio3 devices
