As of Jan 2019 KICAD 4.0.7 is the offical KICAD for rusEFI's layouts.

Important note - we use submodules here, once you clone you need to run:

At the moment we consume https://github.com/rusefi/rusefi/tree/master/hardware/rusefi_lib as submodule
