[Feature request] Support not-match

It would be great if we could do a not-match. For example, if I have a key with multiple values (people, in my case), I would love to be able to highlight a note if the value was NOT my name.

So, in this case, people: ACE would not highlight but any of the others would:

people: ACE
people: bob
people: jim
people: sally
