[Feature Request] Callouts of specified type #6

I include private information in my journals in a automatically collapsed callout (eg. >[!Private]-). Any chance this could be updated to sense the presence of a specified type of callout in a post, and if it finds one, add a colored border to the post?

at this point only the front matter (and folders) is used for the rules. I could potentially add another rule that searches for any text in the note, and if present it would apply the rule.

Seems like that would be a nice addition. Everyone would have different needs, so perhaps having a place in config that you can enter the string to look for (in my case >[!Private]-). Thanks for considering, very nice plugin!
