Cura overhang issue #1

I tried printing this out with supports and the middle part that connects the SD holder to the part that goes into the tool holder was missing. Back in Cura I see now that there is an overhang issue with that joining piece in red. Rotating it doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

I'm not seeing that on my end using Cura v2.3.0-BETA. Any chance you're using an older version?

I was using 15 so I installed 2.1.3 and I got the same thing. I'll try the beta tonight.

I downloaded the beta and still had the same issue. Since I'm the only one, I know it's something on my end but I haven't been able to figure it out yet. I'm building a new machine for a CNC and this printer over the holiday and I'll try it again with a fresh copy on a clean install.

Gotcha. Lmk how it goes, I'm still not ruling out the possibility the issue isnt reproducable on other's machines
