add license file to distributions #10

Thanks for this tool!

This one-liner ensures the LICENSE is distributed along with the .tar.gz, useful for downstream repackagers and probably encouraged by the terms of the MPL-2.0.

We've got this up on conda-forge now: https://github.com/conda-forge/auditwheel-emscripten-feedstock

I haven't shaken down the whole build chain, yet, but certainly making progress...
