Fixed some logging dependencies add updated the log formatter to see which thread is logging during tests
Created a Throttler to throttle the flow for a period of time. You are able to throttle in steps if you want (s. testThrottling3)
Demonstrated a way to ramp up the RPS in a linear way (testRampump).
