VLC-player was removed during the "upgrade" process. #209

No traces (settings, etc.) of the player remained, I had to install it again.

RuckZuck is just triggering http://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/3.0.18/win64/vlc-3.0.18-win64.msi ... The logic of upgrading is part of the MSI/Vendor....
