Hey, and thanks for a great package!

This improves on website summarization:

Summarize using thing-at-point, if the user has it installed and the point is at a url when ellama-summarize-webpage is called interactively
Allow summarizing websites that does not contain <!DOCTYPE, but rather just <html, like hackernews urls. See commit message for the example url I tested with.
