Move to Heroku hosting and explore super simple basic trivial single password authentication #6

  1. Move the model to Heroku and see if it works.
  2. Figure out how to put the whole thing behind a really basic authentication barrier. This is mainly so we can do some basic linking to source documents described in #4 , so that the user can click a source doc and have it pop up in their browser tab for inspection.
