I know that the module at this time is not "actively" being followed, so I don't expect a commitment to development just to let me know if it is something you might be interested in.
The Lib Themer library from mouse0270 is very interesting ... I was wondering if it was impossible to base minimal ui on such a library .
If such a library was implemented it would be easier for third people to inject their own themes on your interface.
Even I realize that the demand is not small.... but let me know if you are interested in this integration and possibly I can try to do a PR.
