Macro hotbar missing when camera bar on top #115

Hi! first thks for the great module, use it forever!!!

But I have one bug to ask about... The Macro hotbar disappear when the camera bar on top... all other modules disable... any ideais? I fixed it using custom CSS:

left: 110px;}

minimal ui macro bar

also.. if possible... :) When on sides the camera bar is resizable, can it also be on top?
