Scene Navigation Panel shifts to the right when a minimized Player List is expanded. #136

Foundry v11.315. Minimal UI v1.6.10

For some reason this bug is popping up again. I think I reported this a few months ago, I can't remember. Essentially when the Player List is minimized, expanding it causes the Scene Navigation panel at the top to shift an equal distance to the right. I double-checked that this happens even when Minimal UI is the only module running, and it is.
