Needs a more reliable source for Kocsis. He seems to clear the anti-LGBT and power criteria.

I think he clearly meets the power criterion. He was a mayor for Fidesz and later a MP. https://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-news-from-elsewhere-30397101

I don't speak Hungarian and can't find proof of him expressing anti-LGBT views prior to 2015 or actually being gay.
