Kolbe voted for the Defense of Marriage Act but that seems to be the sum total of his anti-LGBT words or actions. Also, he says that he voted that way in order to let each state set its rules about marriage. Kolbe came out in 1996 and in the over year since this issue was opened, no strong case for inclusion on the site has been made, it seems. Let's close this with label:"not anti-LGBT"
