I don't think that is included in Wikidata, I have not seen this either. But it is something that our annotated riksdagen corpus should include. But I see that these appear in Wikipedia https://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lista_%C3%B6ver_svenska_riksdagar
@Lottabrorsson can you please explain the difference between A riksdag and B riksdag? I don't know this myself.
A question: how is it with A- and B-riksdagar? i can see that in Wikidata it´s only a year but in the bio it´s also, for example, "A".
Today its just as a textstring in Wikidata it would be great if you had an user case were this information is interesting, maybe we should have a reason why a new extra Riksdag started...
In Tvåkammar-riksdagen 1867–1970 they add a letter B for Q5901685#P39
see also the problem with Riksdagens Öppna data just have the latest party #58...

Sometimes they needed an "extra" riksdag, for example when something special occured. As you can see below, B-riksdag appeared after "new election" Here som short info, in Swedish:
Från år 1941 förlängdes riksdagen med en höstsession (ej 1947)
Urtima (extra) riksdagar kunde före 1941 sammankallas vid behov. De ägde rum hösten 1871, 1892, 1905, 1918, 1919, 1939 och 1940.
B-riksdagar (extra riksdag efter nyval) ägde rum 1887(tullstriden), 1914 (försvarsfrågan) och 1958 (pensionsfrågan).
FYI I did a small TEI test on some articles in the book using ChatGPT link inspired by Digital Humanities Craft OG
My thoughts that A-B Riksdagar should have a reason as Structured data
Denny Vrandečić who created Wikidata 2012 has often mentioned that he think Wikidata should be so good that it could explain why the First World War started.....
My experience is that Wikipedia is not the right place for doing more advanced things like that even though we have ONE Wikidata its often just > 300 Silos and the quality of Wikidata works for saying same as an article but doing more advanced linked data gets crazy complex in an open community if not impossible when not everyone has the same skills/ background... I see Wikidata just as a POC of that the technology is there and how a tool can start get people cocreate good data if people start trust each other
Open Parliament TV’s goal is to establish international standards for storing and sharing parliamentary data and build an inter-parliamentary network that makes political records available across borders.
Named Entity Recognition, additional information on topics, parliament-independent identifiers for people, factions and parties .. None of this would be possible without the volunteer communities of @wikidata and @Wikipedia 🤗
https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q6085702 Incorrect start date of FK (1869), correct is 1870, Missing i-ort: Stockholm source: biografiband 4, p. 267.
@Lottabrorsson FYI Robbin Linderborg has done most of the dates for parlament data in WD and he has not added a source... I guess different sources have different dates... In the beginning I didnt change the dates when I saw a diff now I have the approach that the book is the bible... and that I always add the book as the source and use the date we have in the book....
@MansMeg maybe we could use the OCRed data from SPA API and do an automatic check see #130
my guess is that this project will find new dates and hopefully more exact dates based on the texts in "Riksdagstrycket"
As we use qualifiers for start and end dates in Wikidata the wikidata modell cant support conflicting data in a good way....
I start this issue here so that we in the Swerik project can report missing MP info (iort, party, chamber etc) in Wikidata. We are very grateful that you are willing to fix these missing data @salgo60!
I post the first reports here in this post, and then plan to do one new post for each MP that has a missing Wikidata info that we need.
