A big cleanup pass to refamiliarize myself with some of the codebase.

Highlights including:

Change from GPL to MPL. It better fits the project goals.
Updated the GH integration to use Erlang/OTP 26
All Godot 3.x support has been dropped
A ton of type specs added for dialyzer goodness
vector() type is now vector2() type to fit with the rest
Half-baked stat reporting and gdminus integrations have been removed
