add some prometheus metrics

there's a lot of interesting things to have as metrics

• number of connections
• per session stats for ENet clients (resends, discards, etc)
• number of zone servers running
• the usual BEAM metrics, cpu/memory/network etc.

would be cool to have a demo of this with Grafana
