Collection banners and branding images are getting wiped #187

My branding images are gone and this seems to happen with a deploy?

By default, branding images go into the root public directory. That directory gets wiped out each time nurax is deployed. There is a configuration where the path for branding images can be set.

@bess Is there a location that can be used to permanently store branding images during the QA testing process?
