User is allowed to choose Embargo date post 2050 for Admin Set Test 9 #216

Descriptive summary

Browser: Chrome 64.0.3282.140 OS: Windows 10 Use Case Number: VR_1.9 Issue: User is allowed to choose Embargo date post 2050 for Admin Set Test 9.

Expected behaviour

User should not be allowed to select any date post 2050.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Start creating a new work
  2. Go to Relationships tab and select "Admin Set Test 9" using Administrative Set dropdown.
  3. Check Embargo under visibility and select any date post 2050 and click save. image

This also occurs in Safari: Version 11.0.3 (13604.5.6), Mac OS: 10.13.3

I checked the settings on my Admin Set and it looks like my date got wiped out. See:

I've updated the embargo period. if either @Karthikeya212 or @mcdowney can verify it works now.

@elrayle or @cjcolvar not sure if we want to see if the wiping of the setting is a problem?
