Automatic reactor shutoff #65

I am attempting to run 1 reactor with 1 turbine but the system keeps on instantly turning off the reactor causing my turbine to not get power and thus for the whole program to fail I am using version 0.3.17

Do you have a 3x2 display connected? Does it show if any of the energy buffers are full? Did you convert a passively cooled reactor to actively cooled as in Issue #61 ?
