report exact alternate alleles #1

Report exact alternate bases for A,C, G, T, rather than summing the frequency of all alts.

And suggest degenerate bases for those primers

This is done now, as in v0.4.0 plotly is used which includes exact alternates as a hovertip.

although I have not implemented degenerate primers suggestion yet
