OpenSARC timetable cache

Chronomesh is a service that adds a cache to OpenSARC timetables, in this way, OpenSARC server load can be reduced during the semester.

To run the application locally:

git clone https://github.com/sarccloud/chronomesh.git
cd chronomesh
mvn spring-boot:run
