Functionality for generating unique access tokens (used as invites)

Should be linked to

• a resource (open ended, but our main use case currently would be private pools)
• a user (confirms that token is valid and owned by user before allowing access)

Could have it so users can officially trade ownership of these tokens

Some accompanying components we would potentially need:

• div containing option to generate tokens (would appear conditionally for detailed view of self-owned/joined resources where it's applicable, like a private pool)
• token generation "form" view to fill in info about user
• search bar for finding user(s) you want to generate tokens for
• token management dashboard (would show what tokens you've currently given out and who/what they're linked to)
• token access required page for when someone tries to access a private pool without one
