add the ability to specify pages to ignore using properties #23

My ignore list is getting kind of long in settings and I wanted the ability to just specify at the page level that I want to exclude this page and its aliases from automatic matching.

Introducing!

automatic-ignore:: true. If you add this to a page property it will be ignored. If the page has aliases those will also be ignored.
