[feature request] manual reload the library file

At present, the library reloads automatically when Logseq starts. However, there is a daily occurrence of adding new items to Zotero while Logseq is open. For now, I have to restart Logseq and load the new items. It would be more convenient to have a shortcut for manually reloading the library file.

You can do this from the command palette (ctrl+shift+p). I find it pretty quickly, when I start typing "reindex".
