What to do about 3.0 breaking change not clear #70

When the bibtex file location moved, people like me got confused.

To the extent I understand the change, I'd suggest adding more details to the README:

  1. '~' means the logseq base directory for the graph you're currently on
  2. If you have multiple graphs, you have to copy your bibtext file to each one of them, or make some kind of link to each from a single .bib file
  3. when you add a new .bib file, the plugin will fail until you index it, as described here
