Hello, After applying any of the uf2 files below, the following occurs when trying to save a .py file.

Device is busy or does not respond. Your options

wait until it completes current work;
use Ctrl+C to interrupt current work;
use Stop/Restart to interrupt more and enter REPL.

After uploading Micropython via Thonny on a Pi400 using the Interpreter or Drag and drop adafruit-circuitpython-raspberry_pi_pico-en_GB-7.3.2.uf2 or Micropython rp2-pico-20220618-v1.19.1.uf2

Resetting each time until the RPI-RP2 folder appears.

Have tried flash_nuke.uf2

Can not save .py file to Pico.
