1. Download the problem database from http://pikkune.sakaricajanus.com:8000/db.sqlite3

2. Set DEBUG=True to use sqlite instead of PosgreSQL that is used in production

   export DEBUG=True

3. python manage.py runserver

Check the folder scripts for work in progress scripts for fetching the problems and populating the database initially.
