use modern sbt launch script on all nodes not just master #139

fixes #138

tested in production. for some reason running chef-client on jenkins-master caused behemoth 1 to update its sbt script, but behemoth 2, not. I manually updated behemoth 2 and I'm just going to cross my fingers that it was sunspots.
