Participants.tsv has 2952 files with at least one duplicate NDARNZ792HBN

Yet, there are 2957 folders

@dungscout96 can you check that after removing that row in participants.tsv (one of the row containing NDARNZ792HBN), we have an exact correspondence between subject names in participants.tsv and folders (then let's issue a update to the dataset).

Add code to https://github.com/sccn/eeglab/blob/develop/functions/adminfunc/eeg_checkchanlocs.m where the EEG prefix is being processed

Still need to update the file. We have verified that the lists match
