Issue on Windows (?) #4

Reported issue on Windows:

Python 3.9 and numpy 1.26.4.

Currently, navis-fastcore is tested as part of navis but Windows isn't in the test matrix. Should probably run some minimal tests here.

Kind of hoping @clbarnes as the local Rust expert has an idea of what the issue might be?
