my custom default file seems to have stopped working #133

I had set up our Hyku to have a custom default file when works do not have files. This has stopped working and is back to using the blue doc icon. I can see the files are still there https://github.com/scientist-softserv/atla-hyku/tree/main/app/assets/images

@ckarpinski I went into your tenant and checked the Settings->Appearance-> Default Images tab. The blue box had been added in as a default image. I removed it and created a new work and see your No Image icon again.
I checked this in another tenant as well, and there was no default work image added, and it was showing the no Image icon you created as well. So it looks like somehow in testing someone added a blue box image for testing and just forgot to remove it.

No code change should be necessary and this ticket can be closed ones you confirm it is working again.
