Dashboard not loading on staging #140

Summary

On staging: The dashboard has an error when you try to load the page.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] generally the dashboard loads
[ ] Specifically I can load the dashboard for this tenant: https://christy.atla-hyku.notch8.cloud/

Testing Instructions

go to https://christy.atla-hyku.notch8.cloud/ and hit log in. After loggin in this error is fixed if you can see the dashboard.

This was caused by Google UA analytics deprecating. It is now resolved. It only existed as an issue on staging and the ticket can be closed after Christy's approval.
