Add Image Work Type

Summary

I asked about an estimate for adding the Image work type with our custom fields a while ago - Crystal asked me to create the metadata set up in our work types spreadsheet - that is here : https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1cyTtAofi2g1sx0ATJuP7ws-77a7OzBXF/edit#gid=1372594593

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] As a user I can create an image work type, through the UI, with the schema defined in the above spreadsheet and it saves

@kirkkwang abstract should not be required - not sure how that happened on my end, it is only required on the ETD

@kirkkwang Somehow host istitution got left off, this is a required controlled vocab field that all work types should have
