Works thumbs not showing in lists

Summary

why do our items in collections not show thumbnail images? I can see in HykuCommons that they have thumbs - here https://earlham.hykucommons.org/collections/2d19ec70-211d-4d57-8c54-3f9ca139c4b6

But here in my demo collection there is nothing https://demo.ir.atla.com/collections/9ec3a074-d485-4394-9234-d64a248413b8?locale=en (login samvera hyku)

Why is that?
