As part of our intitial Hyku set up we asked for the ability to export metadata and files. Currently this does not work correctly.
When you export with files you get a CSV of metadata and you get files, but there is nothing in the exported csv that connects to those files. What is expected is that the CSV includes rows of "file sets" that included the needed connection of filenames to metadata rows.
When the DL export was working I could see the fileset rows and see how they related to the metadata, also talking with others about how Bulkrax export works this is consistent with others. I think ours is missing something in the set up.
ADDITIONAL ISSUE
I did an export of all the metadata and single and double quotes were not exporting correctly and paragraph breaks were showing as backward P's. This metadata was all imported via CSV utf-8 originally. See slack for examples https://assaydepot.slack.com/archives/C031E2NF43T/p1708020508339649
