Summary

https://assaydepot.slack.com/archives/C031E2NF43T/p1701788104780529 Email is still broken, so to activate a user's account we need to do it from the backend.

User email: effectiveliving@hotmail.com

Accepted Criteria

[ ] the above user's account is activated

Client confirmed in meeting 2023-12-05, she can take care of this once we review/approve her PR on superadmin ability to approve users. Closing as this is no longer necessary
