v0.0.15 includes the SMTP_USER_NAME variable, which should fix an issue where emails are not sending.

Expected Behavior Before Changes

The SMTP_USER_NAME variable is not included in the Deploy action.

Expected Behavior After Changes

The SMTP_USER_NAME variable is included in the Deploy action.

CI isn't green, but for the scope of this PR, nothing is broken that wasn't already before
