Update meanfrf tests #147

I updated the tests for reconst/meanfrf to the new method of testing.

Should be easy to review!

Very nice ! Can you update the test so it takes more than one frf in input ? Kinda bad as it is. Just send me the data you need.

I will simply input the same frf a few times.
