Loot Tags and Loot Params are hard to distinguish #13

Should one have a different icon? Should there even be two options?

If I convert to use GameplayTags everywhere, the only difference between these is that one has a float param associated with it.

Add Loot Param removed, Stat functionality added to the gameplay tags!
