Mods are not installed and available at all during game. #129

I had tried installing the mods thro this mod loader [check the mark, click apply, return to list], but when visiting config editor or going in game, they are not available. Not even bepinx is installing

i should add: they are getting downloaded, and when applying it says that its downloading and installing them, but nothing really happens outside of downloading
