[BUG] Registry warning dialog too verbose #70

Describe the bug The error message about not being about to read the registry to is too verbose.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install Mod Manager >=v0.3.1 and < 0.6.2
  2. Upgrade to 0.6.2
  3. Launch version 0.6.2
  4. Warning appears

Expected behavior Warning shouldn't show if the app already has the ror2_path stored in it's preferences file
